The Shevchenko Museum was founded by the Association of United Ukranian Canadians as a way for Canadians with Ukranian descent to conrtibute to the social, economic and political life of Canada.
Exhibits are dedicated to the life of Teras Shevchenko - the founder of the modern language of Ukraine.
